Thank you for visiting Jessica’s Pacification. Every painting is an original work of art, created by Jessica Brown with the hope of bringing beauty, peace, and connection into your home. Each piece is carefully finished, inspected, signed, and thoughtfully packaged before it begins its journey to you.
Original Artwork
Because each painting is an original, one-of-a-kind creation, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for original artwork.
I encourage you to review all photos, dimensions, and descriptions before purchasing. If you would like additional images, videos, or have questions about a painting, I am always happy to help before you make your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Every painting is carefully packaged using protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping Damage
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at hello@jessicaspacification.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the artwork
- Photos of the shipping box (inside and outside)
- Photos of all packing materials
- A brief description of the damage
Please retain all original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as it may be needed for a shipping insurance claim.
I will work with you promptly to find the best possible resolution.
Refunds
Refunds are only available if:
- Your order is lost in transit and cannot be recovered.
- Your artwork arrives damaged and the damage claim is approved.
- I am unable to fulfill your order.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Certificate of Authenticity
Every original painting includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity, confirming that it is an original artwork created by Jessica Brown.
Color Disclaimer
I make every effort to accurately photograph each painting using natural lighting and professional editing.
Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, phone, or tablet settings. Small variations between digital images and the original artwork are normal and are not considered defects.
Commissions
Commissioned artwork is created specifically for each collector and is non-refundable once work has begun.
A separate commission agreement may apply.
