I cannot count how many times I have heard “I’m not a creative person.” The human mind is constantly creating. The ability to imagine something that is not yet there is the essence of humanities progression throughout history. You are a magnificent creator, even if you do not realize it.
Creativity is not only for artists who paint, sculpt, dance, etc. It is an essential part of problem solving. One of the reasons I am so passionate about supporting the arts for children is because it strengthens their ability to handle unexpected roadblocks by utilizing creative problem solving.
Today I want to challenge you. I challenge you to complete this creative practice. I promise you it is easy and fun! Just give it a try!
